📦 Zedro DropShip Store – Return & Refund Policy

At Zedro DropShip Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, since we work on a dropshipping model, returns and refunds are only accepted under strict conditions to ensure fairness and transparency.


✅ Conditions for Return / Refund

  1. A clear 360° unboxing video is mandatory.
  • The video must be continuous (no cuts, edits, or pauses).It should start from the sealed package being opened.
  • Show the product from all sides (360°).
  • Demonstrate the issue clearly (non-working, damaged, wrong product, etc.).
  • Without this video, we cannot process returns or refunds.
  1. Return / refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories.

  3. Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been verified.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling.
  • Products without an unboxing video proof.
  • Products reported after the 24-hour window.

To apply for a return/refund:

  1. Fill out our official Return Request Form.
  2. Upload your 360° unboxing video (and photos if possible).
  3. Provide your order details and reason for return.

⏳ Processing Time

  • Once you submit the form, our team will review it within 1-5 business days.
  • If approved, we will contact you with instructions for return pickup or refund.

Refunds and returns will not be processed without following the above steps. This system ensures trust, fairness, and protection for both customers and resellers.
